“Just had the pleasure of working with Overhead Door of Savannah and cannot recommend them highly enough. I knew I had a snapped cable that had moved the springs off center. Cameron came and took a look at it for me and was quick to replace the cable but then recognized another piece had broken. He gave me two options- one replaced the whole unit or two - he’d go back to the shop and see if he could find that piece. What’s important about that Is that my unit is older and he wasn’t sure but he would be able to get the part we needed but he would do his best. Turns out they had the part! Cameron came back the very next day replaced it, oiled all of the hinges and springs and the garage door works beautifully. He was very courteous and kind. He explained everything to me and showed me what he had replaced and how to take care of the garage door for the next few years. It was a great job done by a very nice and professional young man.”
